Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma winning IT GmbH im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Stuttgart unter HRB 749688 eingetragen. Sitz und Geschäftsadresse der Gesellschaft befinden sich in 74189 Weinsberg, Altenbergstraße 70.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des Gesellschaftsrechts aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschiften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Steuerliche Wahrechte wurden, soweit zulässig, in Übereinstimmung mit den handelsrechtlichen Wahlrechten ausgeübt.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2024 - bestehend aus Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang - ist nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden entspricht den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlicher Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis Euro 800,00 wurden im Geschäftsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass diese Abschreibungsmethode den handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften und beizulegenden Nutzungsdauern der Vermögensgegenstände entspricht.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen waren nicht vorzunehmen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Zweifelhafte Forderungen waren im Geschäftsjahr 2024 keine auszuweisen. Zur Berücksichtigung von Mahnkosten, Zinsen und dem allgemeinen Ausfallrisiko erfolgte eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1% des Nettoforderungsbestandes.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Steuer- und sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter/Geschäftsführer betragen EUR 125.000,00 (Vorjahr EUR 125.000,00).

Darlehensverbindlichkeiten bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag in Höhe von

- Euro 1.107.984,20 (Vorjahr Euro 1.249.991,42) bei der Kreissparkasse Heilbronn für die Finanzierung des Aktienerwerbs an der Vectorsoft AG und des Betriebsgebäudes.

Im Verhältnis zum Vorjahr ergaben sich keine Änderungen in den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von über 1 bis zu 5 Jahren betragen Euro 407.557,38 (Vorjahr Euro 433.482,88).

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestehen zum Stichtag in Höhe von Euro 592.056,10 (Vorjahr Euro 1.149.501,32).

Die durch Pfandrechte gesicherten Verbindlichkeiten betragen Euro 1.107.984,20 (Vorjahr Euro 1.249.991,42).
