Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Dieser Anhang beschränkt sich auf die gesetzlichen Mindestangaben für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB, die vereinzelt um freiwillige Angaben ergänzt werden.

Die aufgrund BilMoG geänderten Bilanzierungsvorschriften waren erstmals einschlägig. Hieraus ergeben sich keine Veränderungen bei Bilanzausweis, -ansatz und Bewertung gegenüber dem Vorjahr.

Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluß wurde unter Beachtung der für Kapitalgesellschaften relevanten Vorschriften des HGB (§§ 252 - 256a und §§ 269 - 274a HGB), der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung und Bilanzierung sowie einschlägiger Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten. Änderungen aufgrund der neuen handelsrechtlichen Bestimmungen haben sich nicht ergeben.

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen auf abnutzbare Anlagegegenstände werden nach den steuerlichen Vorschriften entsprechend der voraussichtlichen wirtschaftlichen Nutzungsdauer nach der linearen vorgenommen. Die Nutzungsdauern liegen überwiegend zwischen drei und zehn Jahren.

Zugänge werden zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter i.S.d. § 6 Abs. 2 und Abs. 2a EStG wurden entweder in einen über fünf Jahre gewinnmindernd aufzulösenden Sammelposten eingestellt oder sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Vorratsvermögens werden mit ihren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips bewertet. Abwertungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert wurden in angemessenem Umfang vorgenommen.

Handelswaren wurden zu Einkaufspreisen angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen sind nicht zu berücksichtigen. Bis zur Bilanzaufstellung wurden sämtliche Forderungen bezahlt.

Die Rückstellungen für Steuern und sonstige ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und so bemessen, dass sie allen erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung tragen. Rückstellungen für Gewährleistungsverpflichtungen wurden dabei mit einem Erfahrungswert von 0,25 % der garantiebehafteten Jahresumsätze des aktuellen Geschäftsjahres und des Vorjahres geschätzt. Alle übrigen Rückstellungen sind kurzfristig zu erfüllen und wurden auf Basis von Einzelkosten zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zu einzelnen Posten des Jahresabschlusses

Sämtliche Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

Der Verlustvortrag aus dem Vorjahr betrug 86.314,90 Euro.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr und sind weder durch Pfandrechte, noch durch ähnliche Sicherheiten der Gesellschaft gesichert.

In den Verbindlichkeiten ist ein Betrag in Höhe von 45.799,39 Euro enthalten, der gegenüber Gesellschaftern besteht.

Es sind Rangrücktrittserklärungen abgegeben worden.
