Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff.) aufgestellt worden. Die ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften im Zweiten Abschnitt (§§ 264 ff. HGB) wurden beachtet.

Die Gesellschaft weist die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs.1 HGB auf.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt gemäß § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagenvermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer um lineare Abschreibungen auf der Grundlage steuerlich anerkannter AfA-Sätze vermindert.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Liquide Mittel werden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betrifft abgegrenzte Zahlungen, die erst in Folgejahren Aufwand darstellen.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit den Beträgen angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2023 ist in der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens dargestellt.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen resultieren aus dem laufenden Liefer- und Leistungsverkehr.

Die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände betreffen im Wesentlichen Forderungen aus Umsatzsteuern, Vorsteuerbeträge, die erst im Folgejahr abziehbar sind und Körperschaft-steuerrückforderungen.

Das Gezeichnete Kapital beträgt € 25.000,00. Davon sind 12.500 € nicht eingeforderte ausstehende Einlagen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für Kosten für den Jahresabschluss und Kosten der Aufbewahrung gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten über 5 Jahre und durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesicherte Verbindlichkeiten existieren nicht.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Robert Bastubbe geführt.

Weitere Angabepflichten entfallen, da es sich hier um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft handelt.
