I.
Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die asmado GmbH, mit Sitz in Weßling, ist beim Amtsgericht München unter HRB 241679 eingetragen.

II.
Allgemeine Angaben zur Bewertung und Bilanzierung

1.
Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung werden nach den Bestimmungen des HGB gegliedert.

Sofern es der Übersichtlichkeit dient, werden bei Wahlrechten die Angaben im Anhang gemacht. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften bezüglich der Angabepflicht im Anhang wird Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Bewertung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Die Abschreibungen aus der Steuerbilanz werden unverändert in die Handelsbilanz übernommen, soweit diese planmäßig ermittelt wurden und einen angemessenen Wertverzehr der Anlagegüter widerspiegeln.

Die Forderungen werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die Bildung von Wertberichtigungen war nicht veranlasst.

4.
Die Rückstellungen sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wird allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung getragen.

5.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Eine nach Steuerrecht vorgeschriebene Abzinsung unverzinslicher Verbindlichkeiten war nicht veranlasst.

III.
Erläuterungen und Angaben zu einzelnen Positionen des Jahresabschlusses

1.
Forderungen

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben, ebenso wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

2.
Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von 496.152,38 Euro enthalten.

3.
Verbindlichkeiten

Eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr besteht für Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 421.772,82 Euro (Vorjahr 198.800,81 Euro).

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von 261.620,12 Euro (Vorjahr 128.140,55 Euro).

IV.
Sonstige Angaben

1.
Haftungsverhältnisse für fremde Verbindlichkeiten bestehen nicht. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Dauerschuldverhältnissen bestehen lediglich in Form der Leasingverträge für die zwei betrieblichen Kfz.

2.
Im Jahr 2022 war durchschnittlich 1 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

3.
Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren während des gesamten Geschäftsjahres Frau Alexandra Schmack und Herr Dirk Owczarski.
