A. Erläuterungsbericht

1. Formale Darstellung

Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen Gliederungsvorschriften (§§ 266 u. 275 Abs. 2 HGB) erstellt.

Das Gliederungsschema der Bilanz (§ 266 HGB) wurde um die Position "EDV-Software" erweitert.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden [§ 284 (2) Nr. 1, 2 HGB]

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen, bilanziert.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten und, soweit abnutzbar, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt.

Im Geschäftsjahr erworbene geringwertige Anlagegüter wurden voll abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Anlagegüter wurden im Rahmen eines Sammelpostens linear abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die übrigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem jeweiligen Nennbetrag bilanziert. Es bestand kein Wertberichtigungsbedarf.

Der Wertansatz der Rückstellungen berücksichtigt alle erkennbaren Risiken und sonstige ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in ausreichender Höhe.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert.
