financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2023

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Connecta AG mit Sitz in Wiesbaden (eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Wiesbaden unter HRB 12706) wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB und unter Berücksichtigung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des Aktiengesetzes (AktG) aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Aufstellungserleichterungen wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

―	Anlagevermögen: Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer vermindert.
―	Vorräte: Die unfertigen Leistungen wurden mit den handelsrechtlich zulässigen Höchstwerten angesetzt.
―	Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände: Werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
―	Flüssige Mittel: Der Ansatz erfolgt zum Nennwert.
―	Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten: Enthalten Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit danach darstellen.
―	Rückstellungen: Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
―	Verbindlichkeiten: Wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Angaben zur Bilanz (Fristigkeiten und Erläuterungen)

Forderungen mit langer Laufzeit: Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt EUR 1.048.607,02 (Vorjahr: EUR 516.312,41).

Verbindlichkeiten mit Fristigkeiten:

―	Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr betragen EUR 141.229,60 (Vorjahr: EUR 63.387,43).
