Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

1. Erläuterungen und Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände entsprechend der steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben und aus Vereinfachungsgründen im Anlagespiegel als Abgang behandelt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Anschaffungs-kosten angesetzt. Dem Risiko des Forderungsausfalls wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung zu Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet.

Erkennbare Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen wurden in vollem Umfang in den Rückstellungen berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Betrages angesetzt.

2. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus der gesonderten Aufstellung (Anlagespiegel).

Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 19.428,83.

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von € 18.662,56 sind teilweise durch Eigentumsvorbehalte der Lieferanten gesichert.
