Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der asitos GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrecht-
licher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen vermindert.Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten und unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist mit dem Nennkapital angesetzt. Das Stammkapital ist voll erbracht.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Bewertung erfolgte zum Erfüllungsbetrag, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um zukünftige Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Angaben zu Forderungen

Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

Angaben zu Verbindlichkeiten

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 284.265,21 (Vorjahr: Euro 284.589,31)

Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre und der Sicherungsrechte

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 93.070,50 (Vorjahr: Euro 91.595,60).

Für die vorg. Verbindlichkeiten bestehen keine Sicherungsrechte.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses des Vorjahres

Der Jahresabschluss des Vorjahres wurde durch Beschluss der Gesellschafterversammlung vom 29.04.2024 festgestellt.

Geschäftsführung

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:

Die Geschäftsführerin ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Gewährte Vorschüsse und Kredite an Geschäftsführer

Zum 31. Dezember 2023 bestanden gegenüber der Geschäftsführerin keine Forderungen aus gewährten Vorschüssen und Krediten.

Angaben zu Ausleihungen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern (§ 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG / § 264c Abs. 1 HGB)

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen die nachfolgenden Rechte und Pflichten:
