financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die WGsystem GmbH mit Sitz in Wildpoldsried ist im Handelsregister des Registergerichts in Kempten (Allgäu) unter HRB 15415 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss der WGsystem GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen, das nicht abnutzbare Anlagevermögen zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Abschreibungen richten sich nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Im Geschäftsjahr kam die lineare Abschreibung zur Anwendung. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis Euro 800,00 sind entsprechend der steuerlichen Handhabung voll abgesetzt (§ 6 Abs. 2 EStG).

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wurde durch Bildung einer Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert bewertet.

Die Steuer- und sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe gebildet, wie sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:
Restlaufzeit unter 1 Jahr Euro 493.220,22.

Haftungsverhältnisse: Die Gesellschaft ist Darlehensverbindlichkeiten der BuildTec Software GmbH (bisher: Domus Lignea BidCo GmbH) mit Sitz in Wildpoldsried beigetreten und hat folgende Sicherheiten gestellt: Verpfändung von Bankguthaben, Verpfändung von Vermögenswerten.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden die Geschäfte durch folgende Person geführt:
