Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses:.
Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften
waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten..
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft..

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethode:.
Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs-bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträumen
linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410,00 € (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben..
Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt..
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt..
Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen..
Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt..
Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr und das Vorjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern..
Sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischrer Beurteilung unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken notwendig ist..
Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt..
Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Ansatz in der Bilanz gewählt.

Sonstige:.
Während des laufenden Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den alleinigen Geschäftsführer, Herrn Udo Willms, Speditionskaufmann, geführt..
