ANHANG

A. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZU INHALT UND GLIEDERUNG DES JAHRESABSCHLUSSES

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 wurde gem. §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft ist.
Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage.
Das Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.
Vorjahresbeträge wurden unverändert vom Vorjahresabschluss übernommen; Umgliederungen wurden nicht vorgenommen.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gliederungsschema des Gesamtkostenverfahrens zugrunde gelegt.

B. WESENTLICHE BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die folgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden unverändert maßgebend:
Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen nach der linearen Methode unter Be-rücksichtigung der steuerlichen Vorschriften. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu € 410,00 werden als sofort abziehbare Betriebsausgabe gebucht.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Sie haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.
Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten berücksichtigen Ausgaben, die in alter Rechnung bezahlt wurden, aber wirtschaftlich das Folgejahr betreffen.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

C. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

Aus der Begebung und Übertragung von Wechseln bestehen keine Eventualverbindlichkeiten.

Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
