Anhang

A. Allgemeines
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.
Nach den in § 267 (1) HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.
Die Chenbro GmbH mit Sitz in Willich, ist beim Amtsgericht Krefeld unter der Nummer HRB 15162 im Handelsregister eingetragen.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen linear unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer (3 bis 13 Jahre). Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen werden vorgenommen, soweit der Ansatz mit einem niedrigeren Wert erforderlich ist.
Die Bewertung der Handelswaren erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips und Berücksichtigung von Anschaffungsnebenkosten. Die Waren werden mit dem gewogenen Durchschnittspreis unter Berücksichtigung der Veräußerbarkeit am Bilanzstichtag bewertet.
Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und flüssige Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Allen erkennbaren Risiken wird durch angemessene Abwertung Rechnung getragen.
Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag bereits erkennbaren Risiken abzudecken.
Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
Kurzfristige Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung werden zum Kurs bei ihrer Begründung eingebucht und mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr und sind unbesichert.

D. Sonstige Angaben
Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen i. S. d. § 285 Nr. 3a HGB im Wesentlichen für die angemieteten Räumlichkeiten und die Leasingfahrzeuge liegen im Rahmen des üblichen Geschäftsverkehrs, so dass mangels Bedeutung für die Beurteilung der Finanzlage die Nennung des Gesamtbetrags unterbleiben kann.
Mitarbeiter
Die Anzahl der im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich beschäftigten Mitarbeiter beträgt ohne Geschäftsführer 7 Mitarbeiter (i. Vj. 7).
Zusammensetzung der Geschäftsführung
Zur Geschäftsführung bestellt waren im Geschäftsjahr:
· Herr Eric Hui, Geschäftsführer und Vice President Global Sales, Chino Hills, Kalifornien/ USA.
Ergebnisverwendung
Die Geschäftsführung schlägt in Abstimmung mit dem Gesellschafter vor, den Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EUR 219.300,38 sowie den Gewinnvortrag von EUR 550.872,80 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
Ereignisse nach dem Bilanzstichtag
Ereignisse von wesentlicher Bedeutung sind nach dem Bilanzstichtag nicht eingetreten.
Konzernzugehörigkeit
Die Chenbro GmbH wird in den Konzernabschluss der Chenbro Micom Co., Ltd., Taipeh, Taiwan (R.O.C.), einbezogen, die auch den Konzernabschluss für den kleinsten und größten Kreis von Unternehmen aufstellt. Der Konzernabschluss ist am Sitz der Chenbro Micom Co., Ltd., Taipeh, Taiwan selbst oder der Handelskammer in Taipeh, Taiwan erhältlich sowie im Internet unter www.chenbro.com frei verfügbar.
