Anhang

1. Allgemeine Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2010 ist nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanz zum 31.12.2010 und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung für die
Zeit vom 01.01.2010 - 31.12.2010 sind nach den Bestimmungen des HGB
unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Bewertungsvorschriften der
§§ 279 - 283 HGB aufgestellt.

Aktiva

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bilanziert. Die Abschreibungen werden entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Anlagegüter werden im Wirtschaftsjahr 2010 als Sammelposten zusammengefasst und über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Passiva

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten; sie sind mit den Beträgen ausgewiesen, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzips anzusetzen sind.

Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt zum Rückzahlungsbetrag.

Die zum 31.12.2010 ausgewiesenen Rückstellungen betreffen:

Steuerrückstellungen 14.343,68 €
Sonstige Rückstellungen 4.200,00 €

3. Sonstige Angaben

Die Geschäftsführung wird wahrgenommen von
Herrn Sven Stening, Diplom-Physiker

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt in Übereinstimmung mit dem Gesellschafter vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag des Jahres 2010 in Höhe von 16.815,43 € auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
