Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Die CEcert GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Wismar und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Schwerin (Reg.Nr. 6695 B). Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG). Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten bzw. sich durch den Ansatz neuer HGB Vorschriften ergaben. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend: Die Bewertung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten, die durch planmäßige Abschreibungen gemindert wurden. Die Abschreibungen werden linear über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den aktivierungspflichtigen Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Geringwertige bewegliche Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu EUR 150 (oder EUR 800) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit der nach den vorstehenden Grundsätzen ermittelte Wert für Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens über dem beizulegenden Wert am Bilanzstichtag liegt, wird dem durch außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen Rechnung getragen. Die Bewertung der Betriebsstoffe erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Anschaffungsnebenkosten oder niedrigeren Zeitwerten. Die Bewertung der unfertigen Leistungen erfolgt mit den direkt zurechenbaren Herstellungskosten. Die Herstellungskosten umfassen neben den Einzelkosten auch angemessene Teile der notwendigen Gemeinkosten. Das Vorratsvermögen ist verlustfrei bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt. Für das allgemeine Kreditrisiko wird eine Pauschalwertberichtigung für Forderungen aus dem Liefer- und Leistungsverkehr gebildet. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. Der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen.
III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, betreffen in Höhe von EUR 10.195,54 (i. V. EUR 5.621,65) Gesellschafter. Die Restlaufzeit der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten beträgt in Höhe von EUR 103.849,60 (i. V. EUR 133.778,74) mehr als ein Jahr und weniger als fünf Jahre. Alle übrigen Verbindlichkeiten haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
IV. Sonstige Angaben
Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Es bestehen folgende, nicht in der Bilanz ausgewiesene oder vermerkte finanzielle Verpflichtungen, die für die Beurteilung der Finanzlage von Bedeutung sind: Zum 31. Dezember 2023 bestehen Verpflichtungen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen in Höhe von TEUR 3.
