Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Oktober 2020 wurde nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft (§267 Abs. 1 HGB) auf.
Das Geschäftsjahr läuft vom 01.11. bis zum 31.10. eines Jahres.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethode

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert aktiviert. Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern sind unter diesem Bilanzposten in Höhe von EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 3.815,93) enthalten.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtung. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen.
Es liegen keine nicht bilanzierten finanziellen Verpflichtungen vor.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2019/2020 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung durch Herrn Nils Beckmann.
