Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2024

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Das Unternehmen ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Braunschweig unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 201047 eingetragen.

Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften und der sie ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes erfolgt.

Im Interesse der Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit werden die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Vermerke zu Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung fast ausschließlich im Anhang aufgeführt.

Die bisher angewandten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze haben gegenüber dem Vorjahr keine Änderung erfahren.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt worden.

Die Erleichterungen der Rechnungslegung für kleine Gesellschaften werden hinsichtlich des Anhangs in Anspruch genommen.

Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wird gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet.

II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten und - soweit abnutzbar - vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen bewertet.

Hinsichtlich der so genannten "geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter" im Sinne des Steuerrechts wird von der Möglichkeit einer Sofortabschreibung entsprechend § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht.

Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zu Nennwerten bewertet. Daneben besteht für das allgemeine Ausfallrisiko sowie die Zins- und Beitreibungskosten eine Pauschalwertberichtigung.

Von den unter den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen ausgewiesenen Beträgen entfallen 49.800,03 (i.V. 20.523,20) EUR auf Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter, die mit 5,62 bzw. 5,37 % verzinst werden. Von den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen haben 52.671,04 (i.V. 23.326,92) EUR eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Ansonsten bestehen Restlaufzeiten von unter einem Jahr.

Das voll eingezahlte Stammkapital ist zum Nennbetrag bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen decken die erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag dotiert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Von den Verbindlichkeiten haben 352.561,00 (i. V. 436.119,05) EUR eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr und 68.678,30 (i. V. 89.643,68) EUR eine Restlaufzeit über einem Jahr und 0,00 (i. V. 0,00) EUR eine Restlaufzeit über fünf Jahre. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind durch eine Bürgschaft (400 TEUR), durch eine Grundschuld (150 TEUR) sowie durch Sicherungsübereignung des Fahrzeugs gesichert. Die übrigen Verbindlichkeiten sind alle bis auf die üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte ungesichert.

III. Sonstige Angabenurchschnittliche Zahl der Mitarbeiter

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer beträgt 25 (i. V. 30).
