Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die QTES GmbH, Wolfsburg, (eingetragen unter HRB 101165 beim Amtsgericht Braunschweig) ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft ist nach den für große Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des HGB sowie den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt worden. Für die Offenlegung werden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen in Anspruch genommen.

Die Gesellschaft stellt unter Anwendung von § 264 Abs. 1 S. 4 HGB keinen Lagebericht auf.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Geschäftsführung ist der Auffassung, dass die Voraussetzungen zur Bewertung unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung gegeben sind, da künftig auf Basis der akquirierten Aufträge bei konservativer, vorsichtiger Planung von einer positiven Ergebnisentwicklung ausgegangen wird. Dies zeigt sich auch in den aktuell steigenden Umsätzen und der sich ergebenden Ergebnissituation.

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um plan-mäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet.

Die Anlagegüter werden nach Maßgabe der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ent-sprechend dem Werteverzehr linear abgeschrieben.

Die Abschreibungen werden auf alle Zugänge des Anlagevermögens pro rata temporis bei monatsgenauer Ermittlung vorgenommen.

Abnutzbare bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens, die selbständig nutzungsfähig sind, werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben, wenn die Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten 800,00 EUR nicht übersteigen.

Soweit der nach vorstehenden Grundsätzen ermittelte Wert von Gegenständen des Anlagevermögens auf Dauer über dem Wert liegt, der ihnen am Abschlussstichtag beizulegen ist, wird dem durch außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen Rechnung getragen. Ein so ermittelter niedrigerer Wertansatz wird nicht beibehalten, wenn die Gründe dafür nicht mehr bestehen (Wertaufholungsgebot).

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel sind zu Nominalwerten bilanziert.

Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der erforderlich ist, um am Bilanzstichtag erkennbare Verluste und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern hinreichend objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Eigenkapital

In der Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2023 wird ein nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckter Fehlbetrag in Höhe von 849,9 TEUR ausgewiesen. Zu Lasten von Gesellschafterdarlehn wurde ein Rangrücktritt von 480,0 TEUR ausgesprochen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben bis auf 480,0 TEUR (VJ: 480,0 TEUR) eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr und sind sämtlich unbesichert.

Sie enthalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von insgesamt 689,0 TEUR (VJ: 520,0 TEUR).

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Die Verpflichtungen aus befristeten Miet- und Leasingverträgen betragen 16,4 TEUR zum Bilanzstichtag. Aus unbefristeten Mietverträgen mit einer Kündigungsfrist von drei Monaten bestehen jährliche Verpflichtungen in Höhe von 31,8 TEUR.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Zahl der beschäftigten Mitarbeiter

Die durchschnittliche Mitarbeiterzahl des Geschäftsjahres 2023 beträgt 11 Mitarbeiter.
