Anhang

Grundlagen und Methoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 wurde nach den Grundsätzen der §§ 238 ff HGB, insbesondere nach den Vorschriften für die Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 HGB und den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich der Form der Darstellung wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 S. 4 HGB verzichtet.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Wertansatz der Sachanlagen berechnete sich aus den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet und hinsichtlich ihrer Werthaltigkeit geprüft. Uneinbringliche Forderungen wurden in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage wieder.

Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2021 war durchschnittlich 1 Person beschäftigt.

Ich habe auftragsgemäß den Jahresabschluss - bestehend aus Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie Anhang - des Auftraggebers
Q.Stage GmbH
für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01.2021 bis 31.12.2021 unter Beachtung der deutschen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften [und der ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags / der Satzung] erstellt.

Grundlage für die Erstellung waren die von mir geführten Bücher und die mir darüber hinaus vorgelegten Belege und Bestandsnachweise, die ich auftragsgemäß nicht geprüft habe, sowie die mir erteilten Auskünfte.

Die Buchführung sowie die Aufstellung des Inventars und des Jahresabschlusses nach den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften [und den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags / der Satzung] liegen in der Verantwortung der gesetzlichen Vertreter der Gesellschaft.

Ich habe meinen Auftrag unter Beachtung der Verlautbarung der Bundessteuerberaterkammer zu den Grundsätzen für die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen durchgeführt. Dieser umfasst die Entwicklung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie des Anhangs auf Grundlage der Buchführung und des Inventars sowie der Vorgaben zu den anzuwendenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden.
