Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluß (=Handelsbilanz) der Object Base Software GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des aufgestellt.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.
Für die Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs - und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluß der Object Base Software GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH - Gesetzes zu beachten.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs - bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden übernommen werden. Ein Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt

Beschluß über die Verwendung des Ergebnisses

Auf der Gesellschafterversammlung der Object Base Software GmbH wurde der Vorschlag der Geschäftsführung zur Ergebnisverwendung angenommen.

Das Jahresergebnis 2021 wird auf das Jahr 2022 vorgetragen.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Arthur Burda geführt, Herr Burda hält 100 % der Anteile des Stammkapitals der Berichtsfirma.
