Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die CombTec GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Zittau und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Registergericht Dresden (Register-Nr.: 20501).

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das bisher angewendete Gesamtkostenverfahren beibehalten.

Das Geschäftsjahr 2022 umfasst den Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2022 bis 31. Dezember 2022.

Die CombTec GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Auf die Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden die folgenden, gegenüber dem Vorjahr unveränderten, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewandt:

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen (lineare Methode, pro rata temporis) vermindert.

Sachanlagen

Die Sachanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen wurden linear unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt. Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis 800,00 EUR wurden im Anschaffungsjahr grundsätzlich aktiviert und in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen erfolgten im Geschäftsjahr 2022 nicht.

Finanzanlagen

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Liquide Mittel

Die liquiden Mittel sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind zum Abschlussstichtag berechnet.

Gezeichnetes Kapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen jeweils in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz

1. Anlagevermögen

Von der Erleichterungsvorschrift des § 288 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind in Höhe von 785,41 EUR (Vorjahr 14.087,76 EUR) Forderungen enthalten, deren Rechtsansprüche erst im Folgejahr entstehen.

In den Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen (0,00 EUR, Vorjahr 1.956,42 EUR) sind sonstige Vermögensgegenstände in Höhe von 0,00 EUR (Vorjahr 1.956,42 EUR) enthalten.

3. Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital der CombTec GmbH beträgt 25.000,00 EUR. Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem Handelsregistereintrag.

Im Bilanzgewinn zum 31. Dezember 2022 in Höhe von 1.090.422,48 EUR ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von 661.533,06 EUR enthalten.

4 . Rückstellungen

Angaben hierzu unterbleiben gemäß § 288 HGB.

5. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten belaufen sich zum 31. Dezember 2022 auf insgesamt 153.677,10 EUR (Vorjahr 457.016,47 EUR), davon betragen die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr 153.677,10 EUR (Vorjahr 457.016,47 EUR).

In den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen (23,822,30 EUR, Vorjahr 0,00 EUR) sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von 22.593,80 EUR (Vorjahr 0,00 EUR) und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände in Höhe von 1.228,50 EUR (Vorjahr 0,00 EUR) enthalten.

D. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Angaben hierzu unterbleiben gemäß § 288 HGB.

E. Sonstige Angaben

1. Durchschnittliche Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Jahresdurchschnitt einen Arbeitnehmer.
