Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Wiprax UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Potsdam zum 31.12.2010 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 274a, 276 und 288 in Verbindung mit § 267 Abs. 1 HGB wurde im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde im Berichtsjahr nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bewertung erfolgte unter dem Aspekt der Fortführung der Gesellschaft (Going-Concern-Prinzip).

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet.

III. Sonstige Angaben

In der Position Gewinnrücklagen ist der Gewinnvortrag aus dem Vorjahr in Höhe von EUR 6.844,31 enthalten.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Wiprax UG (haftungsbeschränkt) durch ihren Geschäftsführer Herrn Dr. Ronald Krengel (Diplom-Kaufmann), Potsdam.
