Anhang

A. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS
Soweit ein Wahlrecht hinsichtlich einer Angabe in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung einerseits oder dem Anhang andererseits besteht, wurde dieses Wahlrecht aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit grundsätzlich zu Gunsten der Angabe im Anhang ausgeübt.

B. ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert geblieben.

1. ANLAGEVERMÖGEN
Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen bewertet. Als Nutzungsdauer wird bei Software drei Jahre zugrunde gelegt.
Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung bewertet. Abschreibungen erfolgen entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.
Von dem Bewertungswahlrecht nach § 6 Abs. 2 und 2a EStG (volle Absetzung der Geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter im Jahr der Anschaffung und Sammelpool) wird in vollem Umfang Gebrauch gemacht.

2. UMLAUFVERMÖGEN
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt. Neben Einzelwertberichtigungen zu Forderungen wird dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung zu Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

3. RÜCKSTELLUNGEN
Die Steuerrückstellungen und Sonstige Rückstellungen werden so bemessen, dass sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen Rechnung tragen.

4. VERBINDLICHKEITEN
Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Die Geschäftsführer sind befugt, die Gesellschaft alleine zu vertreten. Sie sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
