Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

I. Allgemeine Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den für alle Kaufleute geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Gemäß § 264a HGB wurden darüber hinaus die ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften beachtet. Die Gesellschaft ist nach den Größenbestimmungen des § 267 HGB eine "kleine Gesellschaft". Von den für diese Gesellschaften vorgesehenen Erleichterungen wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Nicht in der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung enthaltene Angaben werden im Anhang gemacht.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Allgemeine Erläuterung

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Abweichend hiervon erfolgte beim Grundbesitz zum Zeitpunkt der Einbringung im Dezember 2003 der Ansatz mit dem Verkehrswert (vgl. § 6 Abs. 1 Nr. 5 EStG). Die Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit einem Wert bis zu 800,00 € werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Forderungen sind mit dem Nennbetrag, die Verbindlichkeiten mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei sind alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

2. Besicherung der Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten sind mit Grundschulden besichert. Darüber hinaus bestehen im üblichen Umfang branchenübliche und kraft Gesetzes entstehende Sicherheiten.
