After formal and technical review, the Publication Platform automatically forwards the data to the Bundesanzeiger and the commercial register, ensuring timely and legally compliant publication. Particularly for capital market-oriented companies subject to the requirements of the EHUG, electronic submission via the Publication Platform is indispensable. With its user-friendly backend, verifiable upload functions, and integrated plausibility checks, the platform minimizes error messages and saves processing time. A one-time registration is sufficient to fulfill disclosure obligations digitally on an ongoing basis.
