Allgemeine Angaben
42CAP II GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in München ist beim Registergericht in München (HRA 107569) eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB i. V. m. § 264a Abs. 1 HGB.
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß § 264a und § 267 HGB aufgestellt.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung weicht in Bezug auf Gliederung und Bezeichnung von § 275 Abs. 2 HGB ab und spiegelt die Geschäftstätigkeit der Gesellschaft gemäß § 265 Abs. 6 HGB wider. Die Änderungen tragen zu einer höheren Aussagekraft des Jahresabschlusses der Gesellschaft bei.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der nachfolgend dargestellten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze aufgestellt.

Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Bei voraussichtlich dauernden Wertminderungen werden außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen. Abschreibungen auf Finanzanlagen beliefen sich im Jahr 2023 auf TEUR 259.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.
Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind auf der Aktivseite Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.
Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt EUR 50.100,00. Davon sind zum Bilanzstichtag EUR 50.100,00 einbezahlt. Zum 31. Dezember 2023 ist im Handelsregister ein Betrag von EUR 50.100,00 eingetragen.
Sonstige Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Eventualverbindlichkeiten und werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichende objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr werden gemäß § 253 Abs. 2 HGB abgezinst.
Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen.
Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzposten
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
Verbindlichkeiten
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
Sonstige Angaben
Garantien und sonstige Zusagen
Zum 31. Dezember 2023 bestanden keine Garantien oder sonstige Zusagen gemäß § 251 HGB.
Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen beinhalten die jährliche Verwaltungsgebühr, die während der Laufzeit des Fonds, also spätestens bis 2028, zu zahlen ist. Gemäß Gesellschaftsvertrag wird die Verwaltungsgebühr auf Grundlage eines Satzes von 1,5 % der Gesamtkapitalzusagen ermittelt und verringert sich nach Ablauf des Investitionszeitraums um 14 % pro Jahr. Der Investitionszeitraum endete 2020. Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Höhe von TEUR 1.552.
Durchschnittliche Anzahl an Beschäftigten
Die Gesellschaft hat im Jahr 2023 keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
