Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der ENLYZE GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Köln unter HRB 102931 eingetragen.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen (going-concern-Prinzip).

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden größenabhängige Erleichterungen in Anspruch genommen (§§ 266 Abs. 1, 267, 274a, 276, 288 Abs. 1 HGB).

Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Absatz 2 HGB gewählt.

Das Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

II. Änderungen der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Änderungen der angewandten Bewertungs- und Abschreibungsmethoden wurden nicht vorgenommen.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt.

Fremdwährungsforderungen und-verbindlichkeiten bestehen zum 31.12.2023 nicht.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Zum 31.12.2023 bestehen keine ausschüttungsgesperrten Beträge.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Es bestehen keine Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Kalenderjahr.

Verbindlichkeiten und Rückstellungen wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

IV. Angaben zur Bilanz

Auf die Darstellung des Anlagespiegels wird nach § 288 Absatz 1 HGB verzichtet.

Forderungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen in Höhe von 8.802,72 Euro.

Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen zu den Forderungen wurden nicht vorgenommen.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 1 Jahr bestehen nicht.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 18 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

V. Geschäftsführer

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:

Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt.

Auf die Angabe der Bezüge der Geschäftsführung wird mit Hinweis auf § 286 Abs. 4 HGB verzichtet.

VI. Vorschüsse und Kredite

Vorschüsse und Kredite wurden an Mitglieder der Geschäftsorgane zum Bilanzstichtag nicht gewährt.

Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 274a, 276 und § 288 Absatz 1 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen.
