Why are there no newer figures?

German corporations such as GmbH, UG and AG must file their annual statement with the Unternehmensregister (the federal company register) within twelve months of the end of the fiscal year. The statement for 2011 was therefore due by the end of 2012 – no newer one has been filed there to date.

Who has to publish what?

What must be published depends on company size, measured by total assets, revenue and headcount: a company belongs to a size class when it stays below two of the three limits on two consecutive balance-sheet dates. Current limits:

Micro-companies up to €450,000 total assets · €900,000 revenue · 10 employees
Only deposit a balance sheet, which is not publicly viewable. No figures appear here.
Small companies up to €7.5 million total assets · €15 million revenue · 50 employees
Publish an abridged balance sheet without a profit and loss statement. Revenue and net income are then missing.
Medium-sized companies up to €25 million total assets · €50 million revenue · 250 employees
Publish the balance sheet and an abridged profit and loss statement.
Large companies (above that)
Publish the full annual statement including the management report.

Sole traders and partnerships with a natural person as fully liable partner (such as GbR, OHG or a classic KG) are not required to disclose at all. Figures then only exist if they were published voluntarily.

Other typical reasons:

The company has fallen below the size limits and has only deposited its statements since, instead of publishing them.
The company was dissolved, merged, liquidated or is insolvent. After that, statements are usually no longer published.
The filing was missed or is late. The Federal Office of Justice then imposes fines, but publication often still happens years later.

Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs und der ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Ausweis- und Gliederungsbestimmungen entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten gemindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlicher Vorschriften vorgenommen. Von der Bewertungsfreiheit nach § 6 (2) EStG wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden entsprechend der periodengerechten Abgrenzung der Aufwendungen ermittelt, soweit Zahlungen vor Abschluss des Geschäftsjahres geleistet wurden.

Das Eigenkapital ist zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen. Sie sind nur in Höhe des Betrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Während des Geschäftsjahrs war Maik Herrmann und Michael Weiß zum Geschäftsführer bestellt.
