Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. Allgemeine Angaben

I.1. Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft laut Registergericht

Die Argo Holding GmbH mit Sitz in Schönefeld ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Cottbus unter der Nummer HRB 13213 CB eingetragen.

I.2. Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Der Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung liegen die Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren) zugrunde.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Finanzanlagen werden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

- Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen zu Anschaffungskosten

- Ausleihungen zum Nennwert

Die Finanzanlagen (Beteiligung an einer Personengesellschaft) sind mit den Anschaffungskosten zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten bewertet. Zusätzlich geleistete Einlagen erhöhen die Anschaffungskosten. Verlustanteile aus der Beteiligung sind in der Handelsbilanz nicht zu erfassen, solange keine dauernde Wertminderung der Beteiligung vorliegt. Positive Ergebnisanteile aus der Beteiligung sind als Beteiligungsertrag auszuweisen, insoweit entnahmefähige Gewinnanteile vorliegen.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgt zum Nennwert.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tage darstellen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden unverändert beibehalten.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

III.1. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten

Die Bankguthaben sind im Umfang von 19.491,59 EUR (Vj.: 19.067,04 EUR) verpfändet.

III.2. Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben (wie im Vorjahr) eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Für Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 98.355.824,24 EUR (Vj.: 62.326.707,69 EUR) bestehen Rangrücktritte.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

IV.1. Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer

Während des Geschäftsjahrs wurden im Unternehmen durchschnittlich 1 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

IV.2. Haftungsverhältnisse aus der Bestellung von Sicherheiten für fremde
Verbindlichkeiten

Die Gesellschaft hat zugunsten einer Bank eine Garantie in Höhe von maximal 7.000.000,00 EUR netto übernommen, wonach sie sich gegenüber der Bank verpflichtet, für Projektkosten eines Dritten einzustehen, die bei einer Überschreitung der kalkulierten Projektkosten des Dritten durch Eigenkapital des Dritten abzudecken sind. Zugleich tritt die Gesellschaft mit ihren sämtlichen Forderungen gegen den Dritten im Rang hinter die Ansprüche der Bank gegen den Dritten zurück. Im Berichtsjahr ist der Garantiefall zu keinem Zeitpunkt eingetreten. Auf Grundlage der aktuellen Budget- und Kostenplanung des Dritten geht die Gesellschaft derzeit nicht von einer Inanspruchnahme aus den abgegebenen Sicherheiten aus.

Des Weiteren hat die Gesellschaft zugunsten eines weiteren Dritten einen Avalkreditrahmen von bis zu 750.000,00 EUR im Rahmen einer Kautionsversicherung (Mitverpflichtungserklärung) abgeschlossen. Auf Grundlage der aktuellen Liquiditätsplanung des Dritten geht die Gesellschaft derzeit nicht von einer Inanspruchnahme aus.

Im Berichtsjahr ist keiner der oben genannten Sicherungsfälle eingetreten.
