Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. Allgemeine Angaben

I.1. Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft laut Registergericht

Die LübMoa GmbH mit Sitz in Schönefeld ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Cottbus unter der Nummer HRB 13263 CB eingetragen.

I.2. Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Der Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung liegen die Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren) zugrunde.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten und, soweit abnutzbar, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die unfertigen Leistungen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgt zum Nennwert.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Die passiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Einnahmen vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tage darstellen.

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden unverändert beibehalten.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

III.1. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten

Die Bankguthaben sind im Umfang von 173.265,51 EUR (Vj.: 74.999,47 EUR) verpfändet.

III.2. Eigenkapital

Zum Bilanzstichtag weist der Jahresabschluss eine bilanzielle Unterdeckung in Höhe von 9.695.015,56 EUR aus, die durch Rangrücktrittsvereinbarungen über 1.930.547,95 EUR sowie durch ausreichend stille Reserven im Immobilienbestand der Gesellschaft gedeckt wird.

III.3. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben in Höhe von 3.310.268,09 EUR (Vj.: 2.919.084,19 EUR) Restlaufzeiten von bis zu einem Jahr und in Höhe von 15.395.789,75 EUR (Vj.: 15.905.313,43 EUR) Restlaufzeiten von über einem Jahr.

Die bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten sind in Höhe von 15.905.313,43 EUR (i. Vj.: 16.401.214,86 EUR) durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind durch erstrangige Grundschulden am Grundbesitz der Gesellschaft, die Abtretung von Miet- und Pachtzinsforderungen betreffend den Grundbesitz der Gesellschaft sowie die Verpfändung von bestimmten Bankguthaben gesichert.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Während des Geschäftsjahrs wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
