ANHANG
für das Geschäftsjahr 2024
I. Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 und 288 Satz 1 HGB hat die Gesellschaft Gebrauch gemacht.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Forderungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. zum Nennwert angesetzt. Soweit erforderlich, wird der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt. Forderungen und Wertpapiere werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei werden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

III. Bilanzerläuterungen
1. Eigenkapital – Grundkapital
Mit Vertrag vom 08. November 2022 erwarb die Gesellschaft eigene Geschäftsanteile von 3.850,00 € (15,4 % der Anteile) zum Kaufpreis von 700.000 €. Der Kauf der Anteile erfolgt mit Zustimmung der Gesellschafter vom 08. November 2022.
Der Kaufpreis wurde im Jahresabschluss anteilig vom gezeichneten Kapital und den Rücklagen der Gesellschaft, einschließlich des Gewinnvortrags abgesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde nicht verändert.
2. Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen Rückstellung für den Jahresabschluss, Kosten für nicht genommenen Urlaub, Kosten der Berufsgenossenschaft und Fremdleistungen.
3. Verbindlichkeiten
Das Darlehen bei der Commerzbank in Höhe von 214 TEUR hat eine mittelfristige Laufzeit von 1 bis 5 Jahren. Der Rest der sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten hat eine kurzfristige Laufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Person geführt:
