I. Allgemeine Angaben

Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Berlin. Die Gesellschaft ist beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Berlin (Charlottenburg) zur Register-Nr.: 164847 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Auf die Erleichterungen des § 266 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB und des § 276 HGB wurde verzichtet. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gemäß dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

Zur Erfüllung der Verpflichtung aus § 325 Abs. 1 S. 1 HGB wurden zusätzlich die Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 326 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches vollständig eingehalten. Zusätzlich wurden die ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt unter der Berücksichtigung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Gesellschaft. In ihm sind alle Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden vollständig enthalten.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Prämisse der Fortführung des Unternehmens aufgestellt.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen nach der voraussichtlichen betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer, angesetzt.

Die steuerliche Vereinfachungsmethode zur Abschreibung für Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis 800,00 EUR wurde bei Zugängen des Geschäftsjahres aus Vereinfachungsgründen übernommen, da sie zu keinem offensichtlich unzutreffenden Ergebnis führt.

Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf Finanzanlagen waren in Höhe von 275.107,70 € angezeigt, da dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert der Anlagen eine voraussichtlich dauerhafte Wertminderung zu Grunde lag.

Das Umlaufvermögen wurde unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips bewertet. Im Regelfall wurden Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit dem Nennwert aktiviert. Hierbei waren jedoch Einzelwertberichtigungen in Höhe von 585.562,65 EUR erforderlich. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind ebenfalls zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden nur für im Geschäftsjahr oder einem früheren Geschäftsjahr geleistete Zahlungen gebildet, die Aufwand für folgende Geschäftsjahre betreffen.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Sie berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, die das Geschäftsjahr betreffen. Ein Ansatz wurde nur für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten getätigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen in Höhe von 27.964,58 EUR (Vorjahr 0,00 EUR). Darüberhinausgehende Fristangaben zu den Verbindlichkeiten sind aus der Bilanz ersichtlich.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich zwei Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von 628.024,59 EUR (Vorjahr 616.024,59 EUR).
