Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Berlin. Die Gesellschaft ist beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Berlin (Charlottenburg) zur Registernummer 108275 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Auf die Erleichterungen des § 266 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB und des § 276 HGB wurde verzichtet. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gemäß dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

Zur Erfüllung der Verpflichtung aus § 325 Abs. 1 S. 1 HGB wurden zusätzlich die Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 326 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches vollständig eingehalten. Zusätzlich wurden die ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt unter der Berücksichtigung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Gesellschaft. In ihm sind alle Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden vollständig enthalten.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Prämisse der Fortführung des Unternehmens aufgestellt.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen nach der voraussichtlichen betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer, angesetzt.

Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen waren nicht angezeigt.

Das Umlaufvermögen wurde unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips bewertet. Im Regelfall wurden Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit dem Nennwert aktiviert. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind ebenfalls zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Sie berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, die das Geschäftsjahr betreffen. Ein Ansatz wurde nur für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten getätigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht. Darüberhinausgehende Fristangaben zu den Verbindlichkeiten sind aus der Bilanz ersichtlich.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von 2.106.818,46 EUR (Vorjahr 2.124.000,00 EUR).

Die Forderungen gegen Geschäftsführer ergeben sich wie folgt:

Die Forderungen wurden mit einem Zinssatz von 1,5 % verzinst. Die Besicherung erfolgt über eine werthaltige Grundschuld. Die Forderungen haben eine vertragliche Laufzeit bis zum 31.12.2026 und können ganz oder teilweise vorher unter Einhaltung von Kündigungsfristen zurückgeführt werden. Die Zinsen sind jährlich fällig.

Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB bestehen nicht.
