Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Cologne Intelligence GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (§§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB) und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine „kleine Kapitalgesellschaft“.

Die Cologne Intelligence GmbH mit Sitz in Köln wird im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Köln unter der Nummer HRB 56858 geführt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden stellen sich - unverändert zum Vorjahr - wie folgt dar:

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungskosten, zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten, abzüglich Skonti aktiviert und - soweit abnutzbar - planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Planmäßige Abschreibungen werden linear unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen.

Geringwertige bewegliche Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis 800,00 €, die im Geschäftsjahr 2024 angeschafft wurden, werden in Anlehnung an § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr des Zugangs vollständig abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Einzelwertberichtigungen wurden nicht vorgenommen. Zur Abdeckung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos wird eine Pauschalwertberichtigung gebildet.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen decken alle bis zur Bilanzaufstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Schulden, Verluste und Risiken, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen, angemessen und ausreichend ab. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten mit 0,00 € (Vorjahr: 98.311,62 €) Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter.

Die Verbindlichkeiten betreffen mit 123.600,00 € (Vorjahr: 210.000,00 €) Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern.

Haftungsverhältnisse

Zum Abschlussstichtag bestehen folgende Haftungsverhältnisse:
Gewährleistungsvertrag gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen: 1.062.500,00 €

Aufgrund der gegenwärtigen Bonität und des bisherigen Zahlungsverhaltens der Begünstigten schätzt die Gesellschaft die Inanspruchnahmewahrscheinlichkeit der vorgenannten Haftungsverhältnisse als gering ein.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

1. Arbeitnehmer

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der Arbeitnehmer nach § 267 Abs. 5 HGB im Geschäftsjahr 2024 betrug 31 Arbeitnehmer (Vorjahr: 25 Arbeitnehmer).

2. sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Es besteht eine Zahlungsverpflichtung aus Leasing- und Mietverträgen in Höhe von 995.344,64 € (Vorjahr: 1.187.367,32 €).

3. Gesellschaftsorgane

Zum Geschäftsführer sind bestellt:

Herr Jens Kohne, Diplom Wirtschaftsinformatiker, Köln (ab dem 01.04.2020) - Die Eintragung im Handelsregister erfolgte am 29.04.2020.
Herr Benjamin Schiemann, Diplom Informatiker, Königswinter (ab dem 01.01.2025) - Die Eintragung im Handelsregister erfolgte am 11.02.2025.

Ist nur ein Geschäftsführer bestellt, so vertritt er die Gesellschaft allein. Sind mehrere Geschäftsführer bestellt, so wird die Gesellschaft durch zwei Geschäftsführer oder durch einen Geschäftsführer gemeinsamt mit einem Prokuristen vertreten.

Sie sind nicht von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
