Anhang

Die Peaq Technology GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Berlin und ist im Amtsgericht Berlin eingetragen. (HRB 190416)

Der Jahresabschluss der Peaq Technology GmbH in Berlin auf den 31.12.2021 wurde auf Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbHG sowie des Gesellschaftsvertrages zu beachten.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

Die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB. Die Darstellung der Bilanz erfolgt in Kontoform nach § 266 HGB.

Die Wertansätze in der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres überein.

Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden sind zum Abschlussstichtag einzeln bewertet.

Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, insbesondere sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen Abschlussstichtag und dem Tag der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind.

Aufwendungen und Erträge des Geschäftsjahrs sind unabhängig von den Zeitpunkten der entsprechenden Zahlungen im Jahresabschluss berücksichtigt.

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
werden zum Nennwert, vermindert um Wertberichtigungen und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgte jeweils in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen im Wesentlichen die Kosten für die Erstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses sowie für die Anfertigung der Steuererklärungen.

III. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
