Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die EQCAP GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Kronberg. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Königstein unter HRB 6507 eingetragen.

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Der Jahresabschluss der EQCAP GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) aufgestellt.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung (§§ 274a, 288 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Abschreibung wird im Jahr der Anschaffung pro rata temporis auf Monatsbasis durchgeführt.

Die Finanzanlagen werden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:
- Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten
- Ausleihungen zum Nennwert

Soweit erforderlich, wird der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Die in den Finanzanlagen ausgewiesenen Beteiligungen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger sind, werden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennbetrag oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Bewertung erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken.

Wertpapiere werden zu Anschaffungskosten und soweit erforderlich, zu dem am Bilanzstichtag vorliegenden niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei werden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Angaben zu Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern
(§ 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG / § 264c Abs. 1 HGB)

Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter bestehen Forderungen in Höhe von Euro 83.388,61 (Vj. Euro 56.947,11).

Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten gemäß § 251 HGB

Die Gesellschaft hat am 20. Dezember 2022 gegenüber der Waldplattform GmbH, Kronberg, eine Patronatserklärung in Höhe von Euro 10.000,00 abgegeben. Darin verpflichtet sie sich, ihre Tochtergesellschaft finanziell so auszustatten, dass diese jederzeit ihren Verbindlichkeiten nachkommen kann. Die Erklärung ist bis zum 31.12.2024 befristet.
