Angaben zur Form und Darstellung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.
Für die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewendet.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Sachanlangen sind zu Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung von Anschaffungsnebenkosten sowie Skonti, Rabatten u. Ä. bewertet.

Finanzanlagen sofern vorhanden, sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit den Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Liquide Mittel werden ebenfalls mit Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die Bewertung des Eigenkapitals erfolgt zum Nennwert.

Sämtliche Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken sowie ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und Verpflichtungen. Die Bewertung erfolgte nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag (§ 253 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Rückstellungen haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr und wurden daher nicht abgezinst.

Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur BilanzDie Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist der Bilanz in einem separaten Verzeichnis beigefügt.
Das Eigenkapital entwickelte sich wie folgt:

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände betrageninsgesamt 1.980.839,90 €.
Davon sind Forderungen bis zu einem Jahr 1.957.526,15 € davon wiederum 1.600.925,32 € Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen.
Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen betragen 23.313,75 Euro, sämtlich mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

Die Verbindlichkeiten von insgesamt 578.538,67 € bestehen aus 150.000,00 € langfristigen Verbindlichkeiten, 367.771,47 € Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und 60.767,20 Euro anderen kurzfristigen Verbindlichkeiten.

Angaben zur Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungLatente Steuern wurden nicht gebildet. Im Übrigen sind die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gem. § 274a HGB in Anspruch genommen worden.

Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse gem. §§ 251, 268 Abs. 7 HGB.
Es existieren Forderungen gegenüber dem Geschäftsführer in Höhe von 234,93 Euro.

Sonstige Angaben

Der Geschäftssitz wurde im Laufe des Jahres innerhalb Kaiserslauterns von der Trippstadter Str. 110 in die Carl-Euler-Str. 8 verlegt.
