A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen
Die forbeyond consors GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Kiel. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Kiel unter HRB 22212 KI eingetragen.
B. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze

Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind die Vorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften angewandt worden. Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige kumulierte Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden linear über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den aktivierungspflichtigen Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Abnutzbare bewegliche geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegendem Wert bewertet.

Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die zu erwartenden Verkaufspreise am Bilanzstichtag niedriger sind, werden Wertabschläge vorgenommen.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Anlagevermögen

Die gesondert dargestellte Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist integraler Bestandteil des Anhangs.

2. Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

3. Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen Personalkosten (TEUR 0), Aufbewahrung von Geschäftsunterlagen (TEUR 8) sowie Sonstige (TEUR 0).

Die Verbindlichkeiten setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:

Für die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen bestehen branchenübliche Eigentumsvorbehalte an den gelieferten Gegenständen.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern von TEUR 9
(Vj. TEUR 12) sowie Verbindlichkeiten aus Gehalt von TEUR 0 (Vj. TEUR 0) enthalten.

D. Sonstige Angaben

1. Personal

Im Jahresdurchschnitt wurden einschließlich der Geschäftsführer 10 Arbeitnehmer (Vj. 12) beschäftigt.

2. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Leasingverträgen für Kraftfahrzeuge in Höhe von TEUR 45. Weiterhin bestehen Verpflichtungen aus Mietverträgen für die Büroräume in Kiel und Hamburg in Höhe von TEUR 121.

3. Organe der Gesellschaft

Der Geschäftsführung gehörten im Geschäftsjahr an:

- Dipl.- Wirtschaftsinformatiker Carsten Robitzki, Kiel
- Dipl.- Wirtschaftsingenieur Claus-Georg Hänle, Hamburg
- Kaufmann Niklas Schultes, Hamburg

Diese sind alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

E. Ergebnisverwendung
Der Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR 16.484,86 wird dem Verlustvortrag zugeführt.
