Mai 2025 hat beschlossen, den Bilanzgewinn des Geschäftsjahres 2024 in Höhe von 327.101.297,91 EUR zur Ausschüttung einer Dividende in Höhe von 0,95 EUR je dividendenberechtigter Stückaktie (entsprechend einem Gesamtbetrag in Höhe von 105.555.556,40 EUR bei 111.111.112 dividendenberechtigten Aktien) zu verwenden und den Restbetrag in Höhe von 221.545.741,51 EUR auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
