1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2014 bestehend aus Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang ist aufgestellt worden nach den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) und der Paragraphen 238 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB).

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit Ihren jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Bilanzgewinn

Der Bilanzgewinn entwickelt sich gem. Par. 268 Abs. 1 HGB und Par. 29 Abs. 1 GmbHG wie folgt:
