Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

profit_and_loss_account array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical profit-and-loss line items, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). 2 Allgemeine Hinweise

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungsvorschriften (§§ 288, 326 HGB) wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
Die Änderungen der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Gesetzes zur Modernisierung des Bilanzrechts (BilMoG) wurden berücksichtigt.

3 Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Vergleich zum Vorjahr nicht geändert.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Normalabschreibungen werden nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Die Abschreibungsdauer wurde jeweils unter Zugrundelegung der steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen geschätzt. Neu erworbene geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis 800 Euro werden voll abgeschrieben.

Sonderabschreibungen wurden nicht vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit Ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt und unter Berücksichtigung des erkennbaren und latent vorhandenen Ausfallrisikos bewertet.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Risiken wurden entsprechend des zu erwartenden Eintritts berücksichtigt.

4 Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von über fünf Jahren bestehen in Höhe von 780.000 € in Form eines Wandeldarlehns der Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft (BayBG).

5 Geschäftsführer

Geschäftsführer ist Herr Bernhard Gutmann.
Der Geschäftsführung wurden keine Kredite oder Vorschüsse gewährt.
Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit und vertritt die Gesellschaft einzeln.
