Allgemeine Angaben

• Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

• Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

• Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

• In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind keine antizipativen Forderungen enthalten.

• Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

• Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
