Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Fairside Invest Holding GmbH, Hamburg, ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Hamburg unter HRB 163486 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss wird gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der rechtsformspezifischen Besonderheiten für Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Gesellschaft nach § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB aufgestellt.

Von der Möglichkeit, Posten zusammenzufassen (§ 265 Abs. 7 HGB), wird kein Gebrauch gemacht.

Von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten des § 288 HGB wird bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs teilweise und bei der Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses gemäß § 326 HGB vollständig Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind im Anhang aufgeführt.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten.

Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert, soweit nicht gemäß § 253 Abs. 3 Satz 3 HGB aufgrund voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung ein niedrigerer Wert beizulegen ist.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten. Das Niederstwertprinzip für Vermögensgegenstände des Vorratsvermögens wird beachtet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden unter Berücksichtigung des erkennbaren Ausfallrisikos mit dem Nominalbetrag bewertet.

Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert bewertet.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wird gemäß § 272 Abs. 1 HGB mit seinem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wird möglichen Einzelrisiken angemessen Rechnung getragen. Der Ansatz erfolgt zu dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Erwägung anzusetzenden Erfüllungsbetrag.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Die Zusammensetzung und Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus dem nachfolgenden Anlagenspiegel. Die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres ergeben sich ebenfalls aus diesem.

Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf EUR 6.185.545,16 (Vorjahr EUR 5.151.637,40).

D. Sonstige Angaben
