Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Gegenstand der Gesellschaft ist die Versicherungsvermittlung, Finanzanlagevermittlung, Honorarfinanzanlageberatung, Vermittlung von Immobiliendarlehen, Honorarimmobiliendarlehensberatung, Immobilien-Vermittlung und Darlehensvermittlung. Erlaubnispflichtige Tätigkeiten nach dem Kreditwesengesetz werden nicht ausgeübt.

Die Königswege GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Heidelberg und ist beim Amtsgericht Mannheim im Handelsregister, Abteilung B unter der Nummer 726545 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Die umsatzsteuerliche Behandlung des Unternehmens erfolgt nach den Vorschriften der Regelbesteuerung der §§ 16 bis 18 UStG.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände
Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Sachanlagen
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen grundsätzlich zeitanteilig. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 wurden sofort abgeschrieben.

Finanzanlagen
Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

- Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten
- Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen zu Anschaffungskosten

Forderungen
Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Kassenbestand und Bankguthaben
Der Kassenbestand und die Bankguthaben entsprechen den Nennwerten.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Ausgaben vor dem Bilanztag, der Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, wurden in einem aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten zeitlich abgegrenzt.

Eigenkapital
Das Eigenkapital wurde mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen
Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Sonstige Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.
Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 6.627.188,32 EUR (Vorjahr: 4.337.034,64 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 1.325.735,25 EUR (Vorjahr: 1.562.420,68 EUR).
