I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS

Die Leonyte Biosystems GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Berlin und ist unter der Nummer HRB 185148 B in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Charlottenburg eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i. S. d. § 267 HGB.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB.

II. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

1. Sachanlagen

Die Bilanzierung der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Die Abschreibungen werden linear entsprechend der folgenden betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen:

Die geringwertigen Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Einzelanschaffungskosten bis netto EUR 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben und als Abgang berücksichtigt.

2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich mit ihren Nominalwerten aktiviert.

3. Liquide Mittel

Die liquiden Mittel werden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt.

4. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden auf der Aktivseite Auszahlungen vor dem Stichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

5. Sonstige Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften und sind jeweils in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags (d. h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt.

6. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

7. Fremdwährungsumrechnung

Die Umrechnung von Geschäftsvorfällen in fremder Währung erfolgt mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs zum Abschlussstichtag.

III. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ

1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

2. Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr, ebenso im Vorjahr.

IV. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr 2019 durchschnittlich 18 Mitarbeiter.
