Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 01.07.2023 bis 30.06.2024 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des BilRUG aufgestellt. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter HRB 174388 eingetragen.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt.
Nach den in §267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Im Interesse einer besseren Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit sind die nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften wahlweise in der Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang anzubringenden Vermerke teilweise im Anhang aufgeführt.
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden unverändert beibehalten.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Der Jahresabschluss der Mantro GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis EUR 250,00 werden im Anschaffungsjahr sofort als Aufwand erfasst. Geringwertige Anlagegüter zwischen EUR 250 und EUR 800 werden im Jahr des Zugangs vollständig abgeschrieben.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Nennwerten bilanziert.
Der Ansatz der Liquiden Mittel erfolgt zum Nennwert.
Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert bilanziert.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist aus dem Anlagenverzeichnis zu entnehmen.
Das Eigenkapital wird zum Nennwert angesetzt. Als gezeichnetes Kapital sind die Stammeinlagen der Gesellschafter ausgewiesen.
Die Rückstellungen enthalten im Wesentlichen Rückstellung für die Erstellung und Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses.
Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

4. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Der Steueraufwand betrifft ausschließlich das Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit.

Im Jahresdurchschnitt beschäftigte die Gesellschaft 13 (i. Vj. 10) Arbeitnehmer.
Sonstige Geschäfte mit nahestehenden Personen
Sämtliche Verträge mit nahestehenden Personen sind zu marktüblichen Bedingungen abgeschlossen worden.
