BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Der Jahresabschluss auf den 31. Dezember 2011 der Firma

MyParfuem GmbH

wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

a. Bilanzierungsmethoden

Die Bilanz wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff HGB aufgestellt.

Nach § 267 HGB ist die GmbH als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzustufen.

b. Bewertungsmethoden

AKTIVA

1. Anlagevermögen

a) Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden bis 2018 linear abgeschrieben.

b) Sachanlagen

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich linearer Abschreibungen bewertet.

2. Umlaufvermögen

a) Vorräte

Der Warenbestand wurde grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

b) Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert erfasst. Es bestehen keine Forderungen gegenüber den Gesellschaftern.

c) Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten

Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

PASSIVA

1. Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital, die nicht eingeforderte ausstehende Einlage, der Gewinnvortrag und der Jahresüberschuss sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

2. Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag unter Berücksichtigung künftiger Preissteigerungen angesetzt.

3. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem künftigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Sonstige Angaben

Im Berichtsjahr und im Vorjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Matti Niebelschütz, Herrn Yannis Niebelschütz und bis zum 05.05.2011 auch von Herrn Patrick-André Wilhelm geführt.
