1. Allgemeine Angaben

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

In Aufbau und Gliederung folgt der Jahresabschluss den gesetzlichen Regelvorschriften.
Hierbei ist von den größenabhängigen Vereinfachungen gemäß §§266,276 und 326 HGB Gebrauch gemacht worden.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen bzw. zum niedriger beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Das Umlaufvermögen ist grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet, wobei erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt sind.

Alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten wurden durch Bildung von Rückstellungen Rechnung getragen.

2. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war in 2023 Herr Steffen Rost.

Die Gesamtzahl der durchschnittlich beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer beträgt 10.

3. Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresfehlbetrag 2023 wird in voller Höhe auf das Jahr 2024 vorgetragen.
