Anhang

1. BILANZIERUNGS-UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN
Der Jahresabschluss zum 30. Juni 2024 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs, zuletzt geändert durch Gesetz vom 18. Juli 2017, aufgestellt. Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, nach der linearen Abschreibungsmethode bewertet. Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden entspricht den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Die Forderungen wurden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen und werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

2. ERLÄUTERUNG DER BILANZ

2.1 FORDERUNGEN UND SONSTIGE VERMÖGENSGEGENSTÄNDE
In den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen mit einer Laufzeit von über einem Jahr in Höhe von € 0,00 (Vorjahr: € 0,00) enthalten. In Höhe von € 35.649,39 (Vorjahr: € 0,00) bestehen Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter.

2.2 GEZEICHNETES KAPITAL
Das Stammkapital von € 32.000,00 ist voll eingezahlt. In Höhe von € 800,00 entfällt das Stammkapital auf eigene Anteile; dieser Betrag ist offen vom Eigenkapital abgesetzt. Zum Ausgleich des verminderten Eigenkapitals wurde eine Rücklage in identischer Höhe gebildet.

2.3 RÜCKSTELLUNGEN
Unter den Rückstellungen werden Steuerrückstellungen für Gewerbesteuer in Höhe von T€ 42,3, Körperschaftsteuer, Soli in Höhe von T€ 13,2 sowie sonstige Rückstellungen in Höhe von T€ 98,6 ausgewiesen. Die Steuerrückstellungen betreffen die Veranlagungszeiträume 2023 und 2024.

3.1 GESCHÄFTSFÜHRER
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den Geschäftsführer Herrn Thorsten Penning, Zur Siemerei 1, 28857 Syke geführt.
