A. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS

Die Firma vedisys medical Solutions GmbH mit Sitz in Griesheim ist beim Registergericht in Darmstadt unter der HRB Nr. 88715 eingetragen.

Die GmbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag per 31.12.2022 die Größenmerkmale einer Kleinstgesellschaft und per 31.12.2021 die Größenmerkmale einer Kleinen Gesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Da die Schwellenwerte für die Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft per 31.12.2022 nicht an 2 aufeinanderfolgenden Bilanzstichtagen erreicht wurden, bleibt es für 2022 bei der Klassifizierung als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

B. ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Die Zugänge zum Sachanlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bilanziert. Das Anlagevermögen wurde entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Mögliche Ausfallrisiken bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden durch eine angemessene Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 2 % auf die Nettoforderungen berücksichtigt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestanden Forderungen in Höhe von 0,00 € (Vorjahr: 0,00 €).

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestanden Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 17.000,00 € (Vorjahr: 17.000,00 €).
