zum handelsrechtlichen Jahresabschluss der verkstedt GmbH
zum 31.12.2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden, Währungsumrechnung
Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich der Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 800,00 wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.
Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben wurden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Rückstellungen wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

D. Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

E. Sonstige Angaben
Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2023 waren durchschnittlich 13,75 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Alexander Thomas und von Herrn Nana Lohmanns geführt. Außer den Geschäftsführern waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
Die Gesellschafterversammlung hat beschlossen, den Jahresüberschuß auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
